Ovvy was established to meet the demand for a trustworthy platform linking clients with merchants offering home services. Clients can effortlessly discover, compare, and book local service providers through our platform.

Ovvy allows users to post jobs on the app, and merchants can bid on these jobs by offering prices they deem appropriate. This bidding system enables users to compare offers and select the most suitable merchant for their needs.

When accepting the bid, you will be asked to make payment via Stripe platform. They payment is then held in the secure account until the job has been completed. The payment will only be released when both you and the merchant are satisfied with the job and have marked it as completed on Ovvy!

To post a job on Ovvy, create an account, select “Post a Job” on the platform, fill out the job details, and submit the posting. If there are any specific requirements of your job, do ensure to inform upfront as this will maximize your outreach to the most suitable merchants.

Once you have posted a job, review the job offers from merchants, compare prices based on the bids made on the job. Always ensure to clarify with merchants regarding the scope of the job/ time of the job, if any, prior to accepting their bid or proposal in order to minimize disputes.

Once the merchant has completed the service, hop back onto the app to mark the job as completed. We highly recommend leaving a rating and review for the merchant’s services. Your feedback helps us continuously improve and uphold our high-quality standards!

Review the merchant’s performance upon job completion. You can mark them as favorite for potential future tasks. Feel free to return and post additional jobs in any category as needed.

Ovvy charges a platform fee of 15% from the Total Job Price. This fee covers our transaction costs and administrative charges.

Start by creating an account, bid on available jobs, manage bookings and schedules efficiently, deliver high-quality servicer, receive payments through the platform, and collect positive feedback from satisfied customers.

Ovvy is typically available for various service providers and professionals who offer their skills and services to customers. This may include individuals or businesses in fields such as home services (Cleaning, Plumbing, AC Services, Handyman, and etc)

Ovvy provides a straightforward and secure payment method. After client has accepted the merchant’s bid, client are required to make full payment through Stripe.

This payment will be held in our secure account until both you and the client are satisfied and have marked the job as completed on Ovvy. The payment for the job will then be processed and reflected in your bank account within 3-7 working days.

Submit the relevant documents for Merchant registration. Ovvy will review and get in touch with you if require more information upon your registration.

Browse available jobs in the category of services you offer, review the job details carefully and submit your bid. If you require additional clarification, feel free to contact the client through the in-app chat. You will receive a notification once your bid is accepted by the client.

Pro Tip: Keep your notifications enabled to stay updated on new job opportunities and client messages via the in-app chat!

Look at the reward catalogue for merchants, and hit the targets set by each reward to earn them. Cash out when you’re ready, it’s as simple as that!
